UPS电源出现故障应该怎么排查,ups电源出现故障时应该从两个方面去观察,跟随ups电源维修厂家一起来看看。

  1.观察法:后备式UPS不间断电源发生故障时,应首先观察控制面板各工作状态指示灯的闪烁情况, 来判断是市电供电自动稳压控制线路部分还是逆变器部分出了故障。若绿色指示灯亮,蜂鸣器不叫,有220伏输出电压,则说明市电供电稳压部分正常,否则,则有故障点;若红色指示灯闪烁或长亮、蜂鸣器断续鸣叫或长鸣,说明逆变器部分不正常。

       1. Observation method: When the backup UPS uninterruptible power supply fails, first observe the flashing status of each working status indicator on the control panel to determine whether the mains supply automatic voltage control circuit part or the inverter part has failed. If the green indicator light is on, the buzzer is not called, and there is 220 volt output voltage, it means that the mains supply voltage regulation part is normal, otherwise, there is a fault point; if the red indicator light flashes or lights up, the buzzer sounds intermittently or Long sound, indicating that the inverter part is not normal.
  
  2.电压测试法_测量关键点的电压。若是交流自动稳压部分出了故障,就用万用表测量市电供电主回路各点电压,很快就会查找出故障:一般故障出在交流输入电路熔断器熔断,或转移控制继电器和自动稳压控制继电器的触点接触不良;若故障来源于逆变器部分,则应首先检查30A电池保险管是否完好,电池电压是否在***低极限值以上,末级驱动晶体管是否已损坏,特别是易损元件是否有故障。通过初步的观察仍未排除故障,则应检查芯片IC4和IC8,测量各控制电平。


       2. Voltage test method _ measure the voltage at the key point. If the AC automatic voltage regulation part is faulty, use a multimeter to measure the voltage of each point of the mains supply main circuit, and then quickly find out the fault: the general fault occurs in the AC input circuit fuse blown, or transfer control relay and automatic voltage regulation If the fault originates from the inverter part, first check whether the 30A battery fuse is intact, whether the battery voltage is above the *** low limit value, and whether the final drive transistor is damaged, especially Is the consumable component defective? If the fault has not been eliminated through preliminary observation, the IC4 and IC8 should be inspected to measure each control level.
       
       若工作指示灯或蜂鸣器指示异常,则先检查IC4(NE556定时器)各控制点的电平,正常数值如表1,若测得IC4某控制端的电平明显偏离表中值,则说明故障发生在与此控制相连的线路中。若NE556芯片及报警指示控制电路正常,则要接下去检查IC8(SG3524)各控制端的电平,正常电平如表2。若发现IC8某脚电压偏离表中正常值过大,则故障可能来源于此相连的控制部分或IC8本身。

If it is found that the voltage of a certain pin of IC8 deviates too much from the normal value in the table, the fault may originate from the connected control part or IC8 itself.
